My Dad and my Uncle were in World War One

Heathcote Williams wrote this about his own father and uncle upon learning that the UK government was to spend £50 million on commemorating the centenary of the first world war, and that David Cameron wants the commemoration to be like the celebrations for the Queen's diamond jubilee.
